Izzy’s Design Inc provides marketing, web design, and consulting services tailored to client needs.
Guarantees & Refund Policy
We proudly offer performance-based guarantees, including “10 clients in 14 days or your money back.” Refunds are subject to:
- Full participation in agreed outreach and audit processes
- Timely communication and cooperation from the client
- Documentation of campaign activities as outlined in onboarding
- No evidence of unethical practices, dishonesty, or lack of integrity by the client
Refunds will not be granted if the client misrepresents information, fails to cooperate, or engages in business practices that violate ethical standards.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information and timely approvals
- Grant access to necessary accounts (e.g., website, CRM, ad platforms)
- Conduct business with integrity, honesty, and respect for ethical standards
Intellectual Property
All creative assets, copy, and designs produced remain the property of Izzy’s Design Inc until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Code of Ethics
Izzy’s Design Inc reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a client:
- Engages in dishonest, misleading, or fraudulent practices
- Operates in ways that violate accepted business ethics or U.S. law
- Displays behavior that undermines integrity, respect, or professional standards
This ensures fairness for both sides and protects the reputation of all parties involved.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before litigation.
